there are 20 days which are divided into 13 day long weeks using charts 1 - 8 first find your year of birth, then look at the months to find your day of birth counting from the first date count how many days from the beginning of the month, make a note of this number. using charts 9-16 first find your year of birth, then look at the months list an make a note of the number and year name. using chart 17 find your year name and count from this number your day of birth number from charts 1 -8 , this will give you your week number and day number.
for example using charts 1-8 if you are born on 25th of april 1922/1974, your number is 5, then using charts 9-16 your year number is 1 tochtli, then using chart 17count 5 from 1 tochtli which will give you 5 malinalli. so your day number is 5 malinalli and your week number is 1 tochtli
